Please note that orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning any import, duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges incurred when shipping outside the UK are payable by the recipient.

 

Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

 

If The Perfumer’s Story by Azzi receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
